Born and educated in Windsor, Katherine Roth is a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy and the University of Windsor. In 1974 Katherine began her career with Bob Pedler Real Estate Limited and has consistently been one of the organization’s top realtors. 2010 marks the 21st time as the company’s “Salesperson of the Year”.
She is also one of “Canada’s Most Referred Realtors” with thousands of loyal clients. Over 90% of her business results from former clients who have been delighted with her services. Since becoming a real estate professional, she has helped thousands of people experience the joy of buying and selling a home to make their dreams come ture.
Katherine Roth has also built a successful real estate team with Tom Nelson and Lorraine Gagnon to ensure quality, available and superb service. “The Roth Home Team” is a highly effective association. Together Katherine, Tom and Lorraine provide full service so that every client has a rewarding buying or selling experience.
In 1996, an event occured that would make Canadian history. Katherine became the first Canadian to receive the prestigious Athena Award. This international award honors a woman achieving the highest level of professional excellence, who has devoted time and energy to the community, as well as helping other women to achieve their full potential. The values and dedication which the award recognizes – professional excellence, a love of people and outstanding service to the community remain core concepts which have made Katherine Roth one of Windsor’s most successful realtors.
She is proud to be a founding member of a local women’s network…. Women’s Economic Forum, serving twice as its President. She also served as Chair of Untied Way/Centraide of Windsor – Essex County.
